Participant Assistance Care
(PAC)

Noble Abode Care offers Participant assistance and care services designed to help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities live independently and successfully in their homes. These services promote community involvement and prevent institutionalization. They provide essential support for daily living activities, self-care, and mobility through hands-on help, prompts, reminders, supervision, and monitoring to ensure the individual’s health and safety.

Through these services, we specifically aid participants with various daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation, shopping, running errands, scheduling appointments, household chores, leisure activities, and mobility assistance (such as transfers, walking, and using assistive devices).

We assist with correspondence and bill paying, escorting to community events and appointments, and supervise and monitor. This helps reinforce behavior support plans, ensure adherence to risk plans, promote health and safety principles, and assist in completing task lists.
